Banana Bread

Cream together
1 cup butter 
1 1/2 cups brown sugar 
4 eggs  
24 oz overripe bananas  (4 2/3 cups)

Add

4 cups all-purpose flour 
2 teaspoons baking soda 
1/2 teaspoon salt 


mix until  well combined

Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 50 min at 350ºF
